13. Duties and Responsibilities
14. Preparation and processing of all documentary requirements for annual permit
application.
15. Preparation of staff’s schedule
16. Supervision of clinic supplies and ensures proper monitoring and accountability of
supplies.
17. Preparation of purchase order including coordination with the supplier.
18. Monitoring machine’s maintenance or repair schedules
19. Timekeeping for payroll
Preparation, issuances, and filing of company memos, directives and
announcements in coordination with head office
20. Approval of employee leaves / Overtime in coordination with head office
Sales accountability – Sales audit and bank deposit monitoring
21. Sales encoding and reporting / Cash receipts book
22. Petty cash custodian which includes timely petty cash replenishments and
completeness of supporting documents.
23. Other administrative concerns
