Required Experience :
- Over 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG or OTC manufacturing industries.
- With Sales, Account Management, and Business Development experience at major drugstores.
- Highly motivated and hardworking.

You will be responsible for major drugstores, contributing to maximizing brand value and increasing sales.
Detailed Responsibilities :
1.Account Management
You will build strong relationships with headquarters buyers and store staff at the Philippines' largest drugstore chains (such as Watsons and Mercury Drug) and perform the following tasks :
Sales Management and Analysis : Manage sales targets for each assigned store, analyze sales data, identify challenges, and plan and execute strategies to boost sales.Promotion Planning : Plan and propose sales promotions, campaigns, and bundle sales to customers.In-store Merchandising : Visit assigned stores to improve shelf layouts and set up / manage POP (point-of-purchase) materials to make our products more attractive.Inventory Management : Monitor the inventory status of each store to prevent out-of-stock situations and promote appropriate ordering.2.New Business Development
You will explore and open new growth opportunities beyond existing channels :
Propose expanding product lines (SKUs) and the number of stores carrying our products within assigned accounts.Approach and negotiate contracts with new sales channels, including other drugstores, supermarkets, and convenience stores that are not yet our partners.3.Reporting & Coordination
Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and market trends for management.Work smoothly with internal departments, such as marketing and logistics, to advance business operations.
