Job Title : Corporate Account Executive
Job Summary :
The Corporate Account Executive is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with corporate clients in the luxury retail segment. This role involves promoting premium products, securing corporate partnerships, and delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. The position plays a key role in achieving sales objectives through account management, business development, and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling luxury products such as watches, writing instruments, and premium accessories.
- Develop new corporate accounts through prospecting, networking, and client referrals.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Provide personalized service by understanding client preferences, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a seamless buying experience.
- Conduct product presentations and client meetings to highlight product features, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
- Handle client concerns and requests efficiently to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on luxury market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to strengthen sales strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and communicate key selling points effectively.
- Represent the brand at corporate events, exhibitions, and industry functions to enhance visibility and networking opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account updates for management review.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.At least 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury goods industry (watches, jewelry, pens, or similar premium brands).Proven success in achieving sales goals and managing client relationships in a competitive market.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor suited for high-end clientele.Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a client-centric approach.Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
