Now Hiring : 30 Customer Support Process Associates FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME!
(This role is not affiliated with Genpact, Teleperformance, Telus, Infosys, Concentrix, EXL, WNS, TaskUs, Foundever, or Ibex.)
Work Location : Onsite in McKinley, Taguig or MOA, Pasay
Schedule : AU Time | Day Shift (with potential shifting and weekend work)
Line of Business : Banking / Credit Card | International Voice Account
Salary : Starts at ₱20,000 (Final offer to be discussed based on experience and interview results)
Target Start Date : October 20
Requirements :
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willing to work onsite
Amenable to shifting schedules and weekend work
Applicants with collections experience in B2C / Retail, banking, or credit card support are highly encouraged to apply
