Qualifications :
College graduate of 4 years course such as Engineering, Business
related, supply chain and any related course.
Experience :
2 to 3 years experience is an advantage and fresj graduate is acceptable.
Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier sourcing, and price
negotiation
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic knowledge of
inventory or ERP systems.
Good communication and negotiation skills when dealing with
suppliers and internal departments.
Ability to conduct regular cycle counts, physical stock checks and
reconcile descrepancies.
Can generate inventory reports and highlight variances, shortages or
slow-moving items.
Experience to maintian and update inventory records in inventory
management or ERP systems.
