Job descriptionResponsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, cost management, treasury, taxation, and compliance. Ensures accurate financial reporting, maintains internal controls, and supports strategic decision-making. Manages cash flow, inventory, and cost efficiency, especially within a manufacturing setup. Leads the finance team, promotes ethical practices, and acts as a key advisor to senior management on financial planning, investments, and business growth initiatives.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance is an advantage
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance / accounting
- At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Preferably with background in manufacturing or food processing industry
