Configure Odoo objects, permissions, approvals, activities, and mail templates.
Build / extend via Python / ORM, QWeb, server actions, wizards, and scheduled jobs.
Deliver dashboards and visual reporting for operational and leadership KPIs.
Upgrades & App Ecosystem

Evaluate, install, and maintain third-party / OCA apps (compatibility, licensing, security).
Use Git workflows (and optionally CI / CD); uphold coding standards and code reviews.
Deployment & Change
Own data migration, UAT, cutover, and hyper-care; manage an issue log / backlog.
Create technical and user documentation; deliver training and adoption support.
Quality & Reliability
Implement automated tests where practical; monitor logs and performance.
Optimise queries and indexes; maintain backup / restore and recovery procedures.
Collaboration & Delivery
Work directly with operational stakeholders to gather requirements and validate outcomes.
Estimate effort, manage timelines, and communicate progress / risks clearly.
Required Qualifications
3+ years Odoo development / implementation experience with end-to-end delivery.
Strong Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript; solid Odoo ORM / QWeb skills.
Proven track record creating custom modules, reports, and dashboards.
