Oracle HCM Cloud Developer

Duties and Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to :

• Work on requests that pertain to enhancement, maintenance and product support of existing Oracle HCM Products.
• Design, develop, test and provide production support following the company's standards and guidelines.
• Iteratively enhance the set of standards and guidelines based on lessons learned during application development / maintenance.
• Work in a team environment, reporting to the HCM Technology Manager.
• Must earn the respect of project teams, project managers and the user community, as well as the management team.
• Must be able to make sound decisions based on incomplete information, under pressure and maintain project focus.
• Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.
