Duties and Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to :
- Work on requests that pertain to enhancement, maintenance and product support of existing Oracle HCM Products.
- Design, develop, test and provide production support following the company's standards and guidelines.
- Iteratively enhance the set of standards and guidelines based on lessons learned during application development / maintenance.
- Work in a team environment, reporting to the HCM Technology Manager.
- Must earn the respect of project teams, project managers and the user community, as well as the management team.
- Must be able to make sound decisions based on incomplete information, under pressure and maintain project focus.
- Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience and proficient inOracle BIP and OTBI ReportsOracle Integration CloudData Loaders (HDL, HSDL, HCM Data Extracts)Fast Formulas, Flexfields, Autocomplete Rules, Page Composer, Application Composer, Visual Builder, Sandbox, Groovy Scripts.Good to have (not required)
Knowledge in JIRAKnowledge in Oracle HCM Core HR, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, HR Helpdesk, Compensation, Benefits.Experience in Agile delivery / Scrum methodologyWilling to work on shifting schedule as needed#J-18808-Ljbffr
