Maintain accurate inventory databases and lead regular audits.

Drive asset refresh and deployment projects across APAC, while supporting global operations.

Coordinate transport and distribution of IT assets across domestic and international regions.

Collaborate with Procurement, IT Support, and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations.

Uphold compliance with internal IT policies, procedures, and audit controls.

🎯 What We're Looking For 2–3 years of experience in IT Asset Management Strong understanding of hardware licensing models, terms, and metrics Excellent communication skills for global collaboration Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas), and PowerPoint Ability to lift and handle IT equipment (printers, monitors, etc.) Ready to take the next step in your IT career?
