We are seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team for Voice / Blended Accounts. In this role, you will handle customer interactions through voice calls, email, and chat channels, ensuring excellent service delivery across multiple touchpoints. You will address inquiries, resolve concerns, provide accurate information, and perform administrative tasks to support business operations.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications :
At least a high school diploma; college-level education or degree preferred.
Strong written communication skills in English (grammar, spelling, and comprehension).
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under minimal supervision.
Proficient in using computers, typing, and navigating multiple systems or applications.
Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or related field is an advantage but not required.
Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Strong attention to detail, patience, and problem-solving skills.
