Client Identification & Research
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients in target markets.
- Conduct ongoing market and industry research to uncover trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive activity.
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, ensuring responsiveness and strategic alignment.Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management
Track, identify, and add qualified leads to the sales pipeline.Drive the end-to-end sales process—from lead generation to contract finalization.Coordinate with sales teams to develop and deliver mutually beneficial proposals.Track and report on proposal status and key metrics regularly.Proposal & Contract Management
Collaborate with internal teams, including pricing, operations, and project delivery, to develop tailored service proposals.Work with the pricing department to create competitive rate proposals.Prepare and submit sales contracts and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate key terms to internal stakeholders.Monitor project teams’ post-sale to ensure contracts are executed according to agreement.Business Strategy & Support
Gather and analyze customer and competitor data to inform business strategy.Make and deliver presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.Develop and manage strategic partnerships to expand service offerings and market presence.Create and implement internal business development processes and policies that support operational excellence and scalability.Requirements

2. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and results-driven environment.
4. Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
