Job description
Job Summary
Provide clerical and administrative assistance to NKAD to help maintain continuous operations, and team effectiveness.
Consolidate and prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for NKAD to improve sales tracking and analysis efficiency.
Support efficient collection of Accounts Receivable by ensuring accurate monitoring and validation of sales documents, collection report and deductions with close coordination with NKAD for timely submission.
Support ad hoc requirements of the NKAD DH including meeting coordination, communications, and internal reporting needs.
Minimum requirements
4 years graduate of any business course
Preferably with 2 years experience in sales operations, admin support or a similar role
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong sense of accountability and confidentiality and proactive
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, data consolidation)
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Good communication and coordination skills
