Sales Supervisor

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

At least 3 years of sales experience, 1 year in a supervisory role.

Experience in pet food, FMCG, or veterinary industry preferred.

Willing to travel and work under minimal supervision.

Conduct training, field visits, and performance reviews.

Prepare sales reports and coordinate with marketing and logistics teams.

Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners.
