Sales Supervisor

Job Description :

Develop and implement effective account strategies

Coordinate and lead meetings with clients and internal teams

Supervise and mentor account executives

Ensure timely delivery of projects and tasks

Monitor account performance and troubleshoot issues

Foster and maintain strong client relationships

Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Provide regular feedback to improve team performance

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

Job Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Three or more years of experience in account management and has its own client list
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
• Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities

Work Location : Tandang Sora, Quezon City

Work Schedule : 8am to 5pm, Mon to Fri
