Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (Florida, USA Time) with a 1-hour unpaid break
Total Weekly Hours : 40 Hours

Responsibilities
Onboard new customers and guide them through policy setup.
Assist with policy changes, applications, renewals, billing, and claims management.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Process customer accounts and file necessary documents.
Build trust and strong relationships with customers through open communication.
Meet annual cross-sale and referral goals.
Handle complaints, resolve issues within required timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Adhere to communication standards, procedures, and policies.
Go the extra mile to engage and retain customers.
Requirements
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Proven customer support or client service experience with a track record of exceeding goals.
Strong phone etiquette, active listening, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working on camera during shifts.
Hardworking, teachable, and eager to improve skills continuously.
Confident with technology, including computers, software, and phone systems.
