Senior Technical Business Analyst – Insurance Platform

Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm AEST (Sydney time)

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our high-performing team and play a key role in designing, configuring, and delivering innovative insurance solutions on our industry-leading platform.

In this role, you will work closely with clients, developers, and project teams to translate business needs into functional solutions, guide end-to-end implementation, and ensure exceptional delivery across every project.

What you’ll be doing

• Gather, analyse and validate customer requirements, simplifying complex information and identifying true business needs.
• Translate requirements into clear technical / functional specs, process documentation, and platform configurations.
• Design and implement insurance product and claims data models, user interfaces, user journeys, and business rules using the platform’s configuration and scripting tools.
• Prepare and execute system and integration testing, support customer UAT, and ensure solutions meet agreed requirements.
• Define data transformation and mapping needs for data conversion activities.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with technical and business stakeholders, creating strong written and visual documentation.
• Manage customer queries during the project and coordinate with internal teams and third parties to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, risks, and change requests, maintaining up-to-date project documentation.
• Collaborate with the development team on new platform features and enhancements.
