Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (1-hour unpaid break) – MNL Time

Total Weekly Hours : 40 Hours

Responsibilities

Identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks within the business

Evaluate project team performance to ensure targets and deadlines are consistently met

Serve as a technical liaison, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets; facilitate meetings to ensure project progress

Oversee the design of new products and evaluate market performance potential

Create reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to promote data-driven decision-making

Support digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to leverage technology—including AI—to improve business outcomes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field

3–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong problem-solving and process improvement skills

Proficiency in Agile / Scrum methodologies

Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and leadership skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
