Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in activations, events, or campaign deployment
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Experience coordinating with creative teams, agencies, and logistics vendors
- Hands-on knowledge of production timelines, delivery QC, and event workflows
- Highly organized, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Bonus : Background in gaming, sports, media, or live marketing preferred
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign & Event Execution – Coordinate day-to-day deployment of activations tied to campaigns,events, and sponsorships.
Central Coordination – Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams (e.g.Partnerships, Creative, Marketing Ops) and external suppliers.
Logistics & Deliverables – Manage all timelines, checklists, and implementation workflows toensure efficient rollout.
Production Oversight – Ensure creative and promotional assets (banners, giveaways, signage) areproduced, QC'd, and delivered on time.
Issue Management – Monitor ongoing activations, troubleshoot execution gaps, and escalateissues proactively.
Partnership Support – Assist Partnerships Lead by ensuring all agreed deliverables (e.g.ambassador appearances, booth presence) are executed smoothly.
Post-Event Reporting – Prepare performance summaries and insights to optimize futureactivations.
Salary Package : 70,000.00 – 80,000.00
