The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee the company’s end-to-end operations, ensuring efficient supply chain management, production, logistics, and inventory control. This role requires a strategic, data-driven leader capable of scaling operational capabilities, driving cross-functional alignment, and implementing technology-enabled solutions to optimize performance across all operational areas.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Supply Chain Management :
- Lead and optimize supply chain operations, including procurement, production scheduling, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
Strategic Operations Planning :
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on scalability, process optimization, and continuous improvement.Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment :
Lead and mentor multi-site teams, foster collaboration across Sales, Finance, HR, and Purchasing, and promote a culture of accountability, excellence, and innovation.Tech-Driven Decision Making :
Leverage ERP, WMS, and advanced supply chain planning tools to drive operational efficiency, reporting, and informed decision-making.Logistics, Warehousing & Compliance :
Ensure smooth logistics and warehousing operations, including cold chain management for perishable or imported food items, while maintaining regulatory compliance and safety standards.Minimum 13 years of operations experience, with at least 6 years in senior leadership within food manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG.Proven track record in managing multi-site operations, scaling supply chain capabilities, and leading cross-functional teams.Strong expertise in inventory management, production scheduling, import / export logistics, and warehouse operations.MBA preferred.Tech-savvy and data-driven, with hands-on experience in ERP, WMS, and supply chain planning tools.Knowledge of cold chain management for perishable or imported food items is highly desirable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
