IMS Support Specialist

Provide technical support on computer or system related problems to internal and external customers

Resolve technical problems via phone, remote access, or on-site visit.

Loyalty and retention of customers through good customer relations

Management of servers and workstations

Programming : .NET, Javascript

Experience in Crystal Reports, MySQL Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Web Server Applications, Network Design, VB6 Literate

Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above at the required level. With experience in laboratory information system or anything related, preferred but not required.
