Job Summary :
We are looking for a System Support Specialist to join our team!
This role is responsible for providing day-to-day technical assistance and IT system support across the company’s transport operations. You will handle installation, deployment, and maintenance of hardware devices such as routers, CCTV, tablets, GPS, POS ticketing devices, and inspector body cameras. The goal is to ensure all IT systems used in bus operations are fully functional, well-maintained, and aligned with operational needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware (routers, GPS, CCTV, POS, tablets, mobile devices).
Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and network issues (on-site or remote).
Perform regular system checks and updates.
Provide technical support to field teams and coordinate with vendors for servicing.
Document system performance and report recurring issues.
Ensure compliance with IT and data security standards.
