Finance Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager, located in Quezon City. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Daily tasks include overseeing accounting operations, preparing financial statements, conducting risk management, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial advice to senior management. The Finance Manager will also be involved in optimizing financial processes and systems to enhance overall financial performance.

Qualifications

3 yrs. of relevant experience

Strong skills in Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting

Experience in Financial Reporting and Preparing Financial Statements

Knowledge of Accounting Operations and Risk Management

Ability to ensure Compliance with Financial Regulations

Excellent strategic thinking and advisory skills

Proficiency in Financial Systems and Process Optimization

Strong leadership and team management skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work on-site in Quezon City
