Work Experience
At least 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with 3–5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality / hotel industry.
Strong experience in hotel financial operations, including :
Rooms revenue, F&B, banquet, and other ancillary revenues
Cost control, payroll, and procurement processes
Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Familiarity with hospitality management systems .
Technical Skills
Solid knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) / IFRS and local tax regulations.
Proficiency in financial analysis, cash flow management, and internal controls.
Strong skills in Excel, financial modeling, and hotel performance metrics.
Knowledge in statutory compliance, audits, and corporate governance.
Leadership & Management
Proven ability to lead and mentor accounting and finance teams.
Experience in collaborating with General Manager, Department Heads, and Owners to provide financial insights for decision-making.
Skilled in cost containment, risk management, and profit maximization strategies.
