Responsibilities :

• End-to end Cash application process
• Payment processing : Accurately and efficiently apply daily customer payments from various sources, including checks, lockbox, ACH / EFTs, and credit cards.
• Cash research : Investigate and resolve discrepancies or unapplied cash amounts, explaining the reasons for unapplied payments.
• Account reconciliation : Reconcile cash application transactions and ensure customer accounts are accurate.
• Data entry and record-keeping : Post and apply cash receipts and maintain detailed records of customer accounts, collections, and payment histories.
