RoleOverview

Weareseekingaproactiveanddetail-driven Certification&ComplianceLead will ownthestrategyandexecution ofkeycertifications— B-Corp,ISO27001,ISO42001,SOC2,GDPR ,andothers—formultiplehigh-growth,globalentities.

Youwillleadend-to endplanning,stakeholdercoordination,datacollection,anddocumentationforcompaniesat variousstagesofcertification frominitialbenchmarkingtorenewalaudits.Yourworkwilldirectlysupportourcommitmenttoethicalbusiness,sustainability,andoperationalexcellence.

CertificationProgramandTeamdevelopment

Designandownthemulti-entitycertificationroadmap(B-Corp,ISO,SOC2,GDPR,etc.)

Developtheteamrequiredtofacilitatecertificationasneededusingcontractors,consultantsandinternalteammembersinthesebusinesses

Trackandmaintain certificationtimelines ,milestones,andrenewals

StakeholderEngagement

Collaboratewithinternalstakeholders(leadership,HR,Ops,Legal)togathertherequireddocumentationanddata

Actasthe liaisonwithcertificationbodies ,auditors,andconsultants

Driveadoptionofcertification-alignedbestpracticesacrosssupportedbusinesses
