Job Summary :

The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role involves multimedia content creation, event coordination, analytics reporting, and generating performance statistics for social media and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Multimedia Content Creation :

Design and produce engaging graphics, videos, and other visual assets for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.

Ensure brand consistency across all digital materials.

Social Media Management :

Develop and schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.

Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries promptly.

Event Coordination :

Assist in planning and executing marketing events, open houses, and community activities.

Capture photos and videos during events for promotional use.

Analytics & Reporting :

Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.

Generate weekly / monthly reports on engagement, reach, and conversions.

Strategy & Growth :

Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.

Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and video editing software.

Knowledge of analytics tools and social media algorithms.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Willing to report on-site in Magalang–Mabalacat, Pampanga (Hamana Homes).

Preferred Skills :

Photography and videography experience.

Familiarity with real estate marketing.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
