Job description

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Licensed Electrical Engineer is preferred but not required.

At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in facilities and maintenance engineering.

Strong knowledge of building systems, utilities, and maintenance best practices.

Familiarity with local safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management systems (FMS or CMMS)

Licensed Electrical Engineer or Electric Engineering graduate.
