Job descriptionA degree in Management, Business or Marketing. Open to fresh graduates with Latin honors (Summa Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, Cum Laude, Dean's List, or ranked in the top 10% students). Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Five (5) full-time positions available. Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig city and can start as soon as possible. The program is designed to equip high-potential graduates with skills and knowledge essential to being a leader. The program offers a deep understanding of the organization, products, services, and business operations.
Responsibilities
- Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Understand each department’s daily processes and goals.
- Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk.
- Assessment of opportunities in operations and cost management to ensure sales and growth target are met, if not exceeded.
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
- Performs other related functional duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior(s) from time to time.
