Job Requirements :

Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

with At least 4-5 years of experience as HR Business Partner or Generalist

with experience in BPO working set-up

Amendable to attend interviews.

Amendable to work as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities :

Leading initiatives on employee engagement, performance management, and talent retention

Providing insights and recommendations to improve workforce stability and optimize manpower planning.

Preparing HR reports and presentations for leadership review and client meetings as needed.

Partnering with operations and support leaders to identify workforce needs and develop HR solutions that support business objectives.

Conducting skip-level meetings, focus group discussions, and pulse surveys to assess employee morale and engagement.
