JOB REQUIREMENTS
✨Bachelor degree in Human Resource or any related field
✨With 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner, Generalist in a BPO company
✨Amendable to work in a hybrid set up
✨Amendable to work in Mid shift schedule
✨Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
✨Partner with operations to understand manpower needs and plan hiring accordingly.
✨Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns.
✨Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
✨Conduct capability assessments and recommend development solutions.
✨Support compensation planning and salary benchmarking for BPO roles.
