Job Description
- Lead and manage the overall Policy Servicing organization, ensuring operational excellence across policy issuance, amendments, reinstatements, and terminations.
- Drive performance across servicing functions to meet or exceed turnaround times, service quality, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with Underwriting and Claims teams to ensure seamless coordination and efficient end‑to‑end policy management.
- Partner with Product, Risk, and Compliance functions to ensure servicing processes align with product requirements, internal policies, and regulatory standards.
- Identify opportunities to digitize and automate policy servicing workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
- Strengthen governance, control frameworks, and audit readiness to maintain data integrity and minimize operational risk.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on process streamlining, performance optimization, and service innovation.
- Collaborate with Distribution and Customer Service teams to resolve policyholder concerns promptly and ensure consistent communication.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer centricity.
- Act as a key partner to the COO and Operations leadership team in shaping strategy, driving execution, and delivering transformation outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years' experience in insurance operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing policy servicing, underwriting, or claims.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products, policy administration systems, and regulatory frameworks in the Philippines.
- Proven track record in process optimization, digital transformation, and operational governance.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strategic and hands‑on leader, capable of driving both vision and execution in a complex, regulated environment.
