Role Name : Recruitment Support Specialist

Schedule : 40h per week

Ideally 7AM-5.30PM PST. Some flex could be ok.

Client Time zone :  PST

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a specialized recruitment team focused on the most elite segment of machine learning engineering talent. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting high-level recruitment operations that target the top 1% of professionals in the ML engineering market. Working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, you'll be instrumental in streamlining recruitment processes and enabling the team to focus on strategic relationship building with both candidates and clients. This position offers the perfect blend of technical recruitment exposure and operational excellence, with the flexibility to work either part-time or full-time based on your preferences and availability.

Responsibilities

Execute strategic outreach campaigns to potential machine learning engineering candidates via LinkedIn and professional email platforms

Develop and maintain consistent follow-up communication sequences with high-caliber prospects throughout the recruitment pipeline

Manage multiple touchpoints with candidates to ensure sustained engagement and relationship building

Handle critical administrative functions that support the overall recruitment workflow and increase team operational efficiency

Maintain organized candidate tracking systems and detailed interaction records for optimal pipeline management

Support specialized recruitment processes targeting niche machine learning engineering positions in the competitive US market

Requirements

2 + years in recruitment i.e. doing cold outreach to candidates, cold emails, LinkedIn messages, screening calls.

Nice to have : Cold call experience.

• Strong English communication skills (C1 / C2 level) with excellent written communication
• Experience working with US-based clients or candidates; e xperience in the tech market (ideally ML / AI) in the US. (highly preferred)
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and email outreach platforms
• Understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple candidate relationships simultaneously
