Job Purpose
The Supervisor, GBS Operations is responsible for managing and leading a team of documentation representatives and analysts to deliver high customer satisfaction. This role ensures the team meets productivity, quality, and service level requirements, while maintaining strict adherence to operational processes and performance standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage an efficient and professional team to consistently exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor and allocate team resources effectively to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Review and identify customer needs and requirements through regular communication with origin and regional offices.
- Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding industry updates, company initiatives, and operational changes.
- Review, implement, and support new initiatives and process improvements from both internal and external customers.
- Roll out and support system or process enhancements initiated by the corporate office.
- Ensure all documentation and services are delivered accurately, completely, and within agreed timelines.
- Supervise daily operations, guide team members, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics Management or a related field.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.Proven leadership experience managing a team of 10 or more members.Strong command of spoken and written English.Customer-oriented with the ability to build strong relationships and engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels.Experience in logistics or shared services is highly preferred.Immediate availability is an advantage.Requirements

Ensure all documentation and outputs meet customer SLAs for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.Track and follow up on pending items, ensuring clear communication with internal customers.Oversee day-to-day operations to achieve high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Execute customer engagement and retention programs to strengthen relationships and deliver value-added services.Review and optimize process flows to maximize efficiency and effectiveness at the center.For the OMS / Costing Supervisor function : apply a basic understanding of finance to support costing, order management, and related responsibilities.
