Senior Manager Recruitment & Client Management @ Confidential | International / Overseas Hiring (The Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong…

  • 16+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FI / CO) or SAP SCM (MM / SD / PP) , with at least 4 full-cycle S / 4HANA implementations .
  • Proven experience in leading multi-module SAP teams and managing large-scale delivery programs.
  • Strong understanding of :

SAP Activate methodology

  • SAP BTP and integration architecture
  • Finance or Supply Chain transformation frameworks
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a global delivery model and manage cross-border teams.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP S / 4HANA Certification in Finance or SCM.
  • Experience in Life Sciences , Consumer Products , or Manufacturing industries.
  • Exposure to SAP Central Finance , Group Reporting , or IBP is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery , DevOps , and digital transformation accelerators .

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration.
