Description
The Onboarding Processor will be responsible for handling onboarding administrative tasks, including but not limited to coordinating pre-employment requirements kit, maintaining and facilitating post-onboarding activities including the collection of required documentation, and providing level 1 support for onboarding emails and ServiceNow - Onboarding tickets.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or onboarding
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems and Service Now is and advantage.
- High level of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
