Requirements

Requirements 3-7 years of proven bookkeeping experience with demonstrated expertise in financial record management Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks software and ability to optimize its use for business needs Experience processing and reconciling high-volume e-commerce transactions and payment systems Strong independent work ethic with ability to adapt quickly to new business processes and systems Exceptional attention to detail, especially for complex reconciliation and cleanup projects Enthusiasm for learning Canadian business legislation and tax requirements with support from the team Excellent communication skills for seamless coordination with management and external financial professionals Comfort working in a remote, international team environment with flexible collaboration across time zones
