This is a remote position.

Bookkeeper

Scope :

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern with a 30-minute paid break
• Direct communication and management by the client
• Focus on billing, expense filing, and accounts receivable management
• Work within Eastern Time Zone business hours

Requirements

Responsibilities : Send bills and invoices to brand partners that the company works with File and organize all business expenses in QuickBooks Manage accounts receivable, tracking money going in and out of the business Handle billing operations using QuickBooks for invoicing Work with Distru software for cannabis manufacturing-specific processes Maintain accurate financial records for the manufacturing operations Requirements : Experience with QuickBooks for invoicing and expense management Strong communication skills with no language barriers Proven bookkeeping experience with billing and accounts receivable Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Familiarity with manufacturing or specialized industry software preferred Reliable internet connection for remote work
