This is a remote position.
Overview :
We’re looking for a proactive Vendor Operations & Support Specialist to manage vendor relations, warranty coordination, and material logistics for our solar projects. This role ensures smooth communication between vendors, internal teams, and customers — keeping every project on time, compliant, and high-quality.
Key Responsibilities :
Onboard and verify vendors for compliance and safety standards.
Coordinate product orders, shipments, and inventory with suppliers.
Process and track warranty claims and repairs with vendors and service teams.
Monitor vendor performance and maintain accurate documentation.
Liaise across Sales, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations for smooth project flow.
Coordinate reroofing or extended work (ESOW) activities before installations.
Support billing, invoicing, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Experience in vendor coordination, supply chain, or project operations (solar or construction preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Familiar with CRM / ERP tools (NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar).
Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements
Duties / Responsibilities : Manage and oversee the monitoring portals Utilize computerized systems to track and analyze solar systems Provide communications such as emailing or calling contractors for onsite visits as well as being able to RMA any equipment Utilize Google Suite and other software to assist with office tasks Act as solar systems monitor for all company clients and be able to walk them through their portal when they receive PTO Provide and analyze generated reports to recognize monitoring system errors and be able to troubleshoot remotely if possible
