Key Responsibilities :
Build strong relationships with Marketing and Sales Officers and Personnel.
Lead the development and execution of category sales strategies, channel strategies, and shopper activations.
Create and deploy account plans for field sales implementation.
Oversee the development of POP materials and merchandising tools for promotions.
Monitor, deploy, and track merchandising and promotional activities.
Evaluate brand BTL promotions to ensure spending efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide market intelligence support (competitor activity, pricing, trends, inventory movement).
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking.
Proven ability to influence and work effectively across multiple functions and levels.
Leadership skills with the ability to coach and guide a team.
Sales or marketing background required.
Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
