The Engineering Manager oversees the facilities, repairs, and maintenance operations of SHG restaurant locations. This role ensures that each restaurant operates efficiently, safely, and in accordance with SHG’s quality standards. The Engineering Manager leads the maintenance team, manages service providers, and collaborates cross-functionally to support operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities Maintenance

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for restaurant equipment, utilities, and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and local regulatory standards.
• Maintain an updated schedule for all maintenance and service contracts.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).

Experience : At least 7 years of experience in facilities or maintenance management within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
