Senior Road Sales Engineer

Job descriptionIdentify and develop new customers Create strong relationships with existing customers Plan, execute and prioritize sales activities to convert potential inquiries to orders Achieved targets, business plans and sales goals assigned Maximize financial profitability thru value-based selling Work closely with product specialists locally and principal companies Respond and follow up customers inquiries in a timely and professional manner Participate in promotional activities i.e., exhibitors, marketing and product presentations Awareness in competitor's products, pricing and market statistics Manage and collaborate receivables with finance department Prompt submission of sales update, activities and performance on a weekly basis Perform other duties as maybe assigned
Marketing Task :
- Increase road construction equipment market share
- Participate in promotional activities i.e., exhibitions, marketing and product presentations
- Awareness in competitor's product, pricing and market statistics and strategies
- Do manage and implement marketing strategies and reporting
- Collaborate with finance department all financial matters
- Maximize financial profitability thru value-based selling
- Plan and execute business actions and marketing activities with detailed reporting
- Preferably B.S Engineering Degree
- Proven work experience as Sales and Marketing in Road Construction equipment
- Proven track record in consultative selling and providing complex solutions
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
- Willing to travel local and overseas
- Open minded and a team player
- Excellent knowledge in computer application
- Detail Oriented. Pay attention to details
- Customer relationship oriented
- Good driver and have a valid driving license
