What You Will Lead
Commercial Operations : B2B (Corporate & HORECA), B2C (Retail & E-commerce), and Marketing / CRM.
Supply Chain & Logistics : Forecasting, demand & supply planning, warehouse operations, purchasing, inventory management, and asset controls.
Digital & IT Oversight : ERP systems, POS, MIS, data integrity, and digital transformation initiatives.
Customer Operations : Customer Relations Center (CRC), Aftersales, and Total Quality Management (TQM).
Vending Operations : Routing, replenishment, uptime monitoring, and financial reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities (SEO-Enhanced)
Lead commercial and operational strategy execution across retail, corporate sales, marketing, and supply chain.
Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and KPI achievement for all business units.
Oversee retail operations, e-commerce performance, corporate accounts, and national distribution.
Lead demand planning, logistics optimization, warehouse accuracy, and inventory control.
Develop and implement marketing and brand strategies aligned with Nespresso standards.
Manage IT systems (ERP, POS, MIS) to support operational and commercial workflows.
Enhance customer experience through CRC and Aftersales process improvement.
Build and mentor high-performing teams across all commercial and operational functions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
12–15 years experience in FMCG, retail, distribution, supply chain, or commercial operations .
Proven leadership of cross-functional teams.
Strong background in sales, marketing, supply chain, or retail operations management .
Experience with vending or route-based operations is an advantage.
