We are looking for a Health Business Head to drive commercial performance and strategic growth across health-related merchandise categories. This role is responsible for leading commercial planning, improving profitability, and ensuring category excellence across both physical retail stores and e-commerce platforms.
You will work closely with the Health Business Director to champion business growth, optimize category strategies, and ensure executional excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive category growth by leading sales, margin, and profit performance
- Formulate business strategies, category plans, and promotional programs
- Monitor performance metrics (e.g., sales vs. budget, category share, ROI)
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, operations, and supply chain teams
- Identify trends and new business opportunities in health and wellness
- Lead process improvements and ensure efficient execution of initiatives
- Support the retail pharmacy format (pure drugstore counters) and contribute to its long-term profitability
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldAt least 610 years of experience in category management, trade marketing, or commercial roles within pharmaceutical, retail, or FMCG industriesStrong knowledge of health, wellness, or pharmacy-related productsProven ability to lead commercial planning and drive P&L performanceStrong analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management skillsExperience in both offline and online retail environments is a plusWhy Join Us?
