The Executive Talent Acquisition Scheduler role plays a key part in building a Best-in-Class Executive TA Organization by setting the tone of the interview process.

In this role, you are expected to :

Responsibilities

• Support Executive TA Team with all interview scheduling, including formal interviews and informal meetings ( introductory discussions, exploratory discussions, and follow-ups when the candidate is not in Workday).
• Book interview locations (onsite and offsite).
• Schedule interview travel for candidates.
• Build relationships with candidates and interview team members to facilitate post-interview follow-up and gather feedback.
• Track activity and keep the Executive Execution Specialist up to date on happenings.
