Job ID : About The Role
As a CBRE Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for Facilities Management Team. You will work closely with hiring managers, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract and acquire the best talent.
This job is a part of the Talent Acquisition functional area which focuses on the sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing of talent for all job levels within the company.
What You’ll Do
- Sourcing : Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Candidate Management : Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates.
- Account Management : Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to source top talent and negotiate offers; Ensure timely and effective communication with clients to meet their recruitment needs.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, business partners, and other departments, to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to meet timelines; Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on the recruitment process and candidate pipeline.
- Events Management : Organize and coordinate recruitment events, such as job fairs, career workshops, and networking sessions, to attract top talent.
- Interviews and Offer : Conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role; Collaborate with hiring managers to modify job descriptions, interview questions, and assessment criteria; Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates regarding interview schedules, results, and offers.
- Flexibility : Ability to work at least 3 times a week at Makati Site.

Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or Psychology or any related field5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience (BPO, in-house, or Facilities Management background is a plus)Proven understanding of recruitment process and talent managementExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and candidatesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in using recruitment software (ATS) and Microsoft Office toolsCan start ASAPService line : GWS Segment
