Job Summary :
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the recruitment function and ensuring the acquisition of high-caliber talent across the organization. This role requires building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and adapting to a dynamic work environment to meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Sourcing Associates, offering mentorship and performance oversight to achieve recruitment targets.
- Design and deliver training programs aimed at enhancing team effectiveness and capability.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, retention, cost-per-hire) to evaluate efficiency and identify areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring plans, workforce strategy, and provide expert guidance on effective recruitment practices.
- Conduct labor market research and identify emerging sourcing trends, utilizing tools such as social media, talent mapping, and niche job boards.
- Partner with the Marketing team to develop and implement employer branding strategies that position the company as an employer of choice.
- Establish partnerships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and other talent pipelines.
- Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in a related field6 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years with U.S. recruitment exposureMinimum of 4 years in a leadership roleSkills and Competencies :
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior stakeholdersEffective problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesStrong interpersonal skills, capable of interacting across all organizational levelsHighly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentRelationship-building and stakeholder managementFamiliarity with employment laws and complianceProficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software tools
