We’re looking for a Gaming Project Manager to spearhead end-to-end planning and execution of gaming and esports initiatives for Infinix Philippines — one of the fastest-growing tech brands in the country.
This role blends project management, marketing activation, and esports insight, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and understands how to connect with Gen Z and gaming communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage gaming and esports campaigns from concept to execution
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Digital, Creative) and external partners (event organizers, publishers, influencers, streamers)
- Oversee timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure smooth project delivery
- Manage logistics for tournaments, livestreams, and online / offline activations
- Track KPIs, report progress, and present results to stakeholders
- Brainstorm and pitch innovative ideas that resonate with gaming audiences
- Ensure all initiatives align with brand standards and audience expectations
Who We’re Looking For?
2–5 year’s experience in project management, esports, gaming events, or campaign executionStrong leadership, planning, and coordination skillsExcellent communicator with the ability to manage multiple teams and timelinesDeep understanding of popular titles (e.g., MLBB, CODM, Valorant, etc.) and gaming communitiesCreative, proactive, and solutions-orientedPassionate about gaming, content, and community engagementNice to Have!
Experience with marketing activations, creative campaigns, or brand partnershipsFamiliarity with tools like Trello, Notion, Asana, or similarBackground in youth culture, esports broadcasting, or content productionWhat We Offer
