SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled Level 3 Help Desk Support Technician to join our technical team. This role requires advanced troubleshooting expertise across Microsoft, Cisco, and networking platforms, with the ability to resolve escalated issues.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, Cisco Meraki, and Windows Server environments, with additional exposure to networking, security, and virtualization technologies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the final escalation point for advanced help desk issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, and virtualization platforms.
- Perform advanced configuration and administration of Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Virtual Machines, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Manage Cisco Meraki MX, MS, and MR devices, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Support Microsoft Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022, and later).
- Develop and execute PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with project teams on deployments, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Document solutions, workflows, and best practices for team knowledge sharing.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 technicians.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of IT support experience, with at least 2 years in a Level 3 or senior support role in an MSP.
- Relevant Microsoft or Cisco certifications strongly preferred (e.g., MCSA, MS-100 / 101, AZ-104, CCNA, CCNP, Meraki CMNO).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with both technical teams and end users.
