Job description

We are looking for an Administrative & IT Support Specialist who will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks while providing first-level IT support to employees. This dual-role position requires a proactive and tech-savvy individual who can manage office operations efficiently while troubleshooting IT issues.

Administrative Support :

  • Manage office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and report generation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and equipment.
  • Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks, such as processing invoices and organizing files.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

IT Support :

  • Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Set up and maintain office computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot common IT problems and escalate complex issues to the IT team or external providers.
  • Manage user accounts, email setups, and access permissions.
  • Assist in maintaining data security and backup protocols.
  • Support IT projects, such as software updates, system migrations, and cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Requirements

    Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in administrative roles and basic IT support.
  • Strong knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and IT systems.
  • Experience with Quick books, connect team, Excel, IT & network Knowledge
  • Familiarity with IT troubleshooting and basic network administration.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • [Optional] Experience with IT support tools, help desk software, or cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
