Job descriptionBachelor’s / College Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business At least 2 years or more relevant experience as a Finance Supervisor Strong background in retail industry finance is highly preferred Working knowledge of all aspects of finance and accounting functions Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internet-based tools Knowledgeable in computerized or web-based accounting software (e.g., quickbooks, Xero, SAP, etc.) Up-to-date with current government regulatory compliance and financial guidelines Willing to be assigned at West Avenue, Quezon City
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Finance Supervisor to oversee and manage the financial operations of our Company. This role is pivotal in maintaining financial health, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic decisions in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day finance and accounting operations
- Manage company profitability and financial performance
- Handle cash flow planning and disbursement scheduling
- Monitor deadlines for all payables to ensure timely settlement
- Review and verify check vouchers for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct bank monitoring for deposits and reconciliations
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
- Oversee budget preparation, fund allocation, and expense tracking
- Monitor and validate financial transactions for accuracy and compliance
- Implement and maintain accounting systems and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth
- Lead and mentor junior finance staff
